Registered Massage Therapy/
TMD/TMJD Treament
My massage therapy services consist of a variety of techniques including Swedish, fascial, trigger point, and deep tissue therapy. Treatments can also include the use of heat in the form of hot towels or a heated table warmer.​

Jaw Massage

This may include both external and internal (intra-oral) treatment of the muscles of the face and jaw to help alleviate pain and discomfort as well as improve function. ​

Cupping
Using hard plastic or silicone cups applied directly to the skin, suction is applied in order to increase blood flow and help with inflammation, relaxation, and general well-being. This technique can be used on its own or in conjunction with other therapies.

Neuroanatomical Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through the skin at strategic points of the body. Acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including myofascial pain and dysfunction.

Using specific points through the body, the single-use sterile needles are used to stimulate the nervous system, decrease pain, and increase function of the body's tissues.
